OneNote is a digital notebook that you can use on any device. It allows you to store text, images and video. You can have many notebooks each relating to a different course or project and you can share notebooks with others if you want to work collaboratively. OneNote is part of Office365.
OneNote can be used online by logging into Office365 in a web browser. You can also download it by choosing to install Office from the Office365 start page. Microsoft has a lot of useful documentation which can be found here.
